New Clients will partake in a 

60 minute virtual/video appointment

We will discuss the coaching process, review initial paperwork, discuss your goals, you will explore your challenges, you will choose a plan, and we will talk more about YOU!  

* New Clients must complete all initial paperwork at least 72 hours prior to scheduling the Initial Experience.  

The Self-Investment Session- one 40 minute OR 60 minute text-based coaching appointment

Total: $60 for 40-minutes

OR $80 for 60-minutes

The Accountability Session- one 60 minute virtual/video appointment

Total: $125

The FAST Pass (Established Clients 6+ months ONLY)- one 60-minute SAME DAY telephone appointment

Total: $150

one 20-minute coaching appointment

The Client Appreciation Discount- $5.00 off each scheduled appointment starting on the 53rd appointment for established clients.  

All appointments (excluding the Speed Coaching Session) include detailed coaching notes which will be shared with you in written format.  In addition, you will receive a progress questionnaire each week which you may wish to complete.  The questionnaire is a great way to hold yourself accountable and to reflect on your accomplishments, challenges, and issues that may arise throughout the week.  

¹Clients must attend the Initial Experience prior to scheduling an appointment (not included).  

²Established Clients who choose Speed Coaching must attend the Initial Experience prior to scheduling an appointment however, the rate will be reduced.  Total: $40
