Text-based coaching lowers the barriers to seeking support and provides accessibility to more people. It is an excellent resource for those who may not be receptive to 'traditional' face-to-face coaching or who prefer this means of communication.
Video coaching appointments may leave you with clarity and a specific plan of action and accountability. With a focus on you, this service is ideal for clients who want to process ideas in the present moment. Coaching by telephone is also offered.
Pay-what-you-can (PWYC) appointments can be scheduled on Tuesdays.
*Appointments are up to 60 minutes.
How do I download Google Meet & Google Chat?
Go to Google Meet: Online Video Meetings and Calls | Google Workspace
Go to https://chat.google.com/
Android Phone and Apple iPhone
- Go to Apple Store or Google Play
- Search Google Meet and Google Chat
- Download
- Upon scheduling your appointment, you will receive a video link which you can open in the Google Meet app.
-Open the Google Chat app and upon scheduling your first appointment, you will receive a welcome text from me. If you do not receive a welcome text, please contact me as soon as possible.
You will need to be logged into a Google account in order to access Google Chat.
